Lake House Rules

Check In……3:00 p.m. Not Earlier
Check Out……11:00 a.m. Sharp….
Please have everything out of the house by this time so that the cleaning company can start cleaning for the next guest
Contact Shauna (951-723-0862) to have her schedule for house cleaning. This is mandatory $240.00 cleaning fee each time you use the Lake House.
Clean everything out of the refrigerator upon your departure.
Bag trash in black trash bags and have them ready for pick-up. Do Not leave trash for the next family to bag!!
Do not leave trash outside. Call Hamiltar Patrol for pick up. (909) 337-7710
